She is survived by: her husband Andrew Higgins of Angleton; her children, Andre Higgins (De'Onca Johnson) of Alvin, Allisa Cotton (Ernest Cotton, Sr.) of Angleton, Anitra Higgins (Yulonda Monroe) of Angleton, Kathryn Harrison of Angleton and Chanteryl Hall; her goddaughter Harolisha Ward; her siblings, Savannah Carethers of Angleton, James Hall of Angleton, Ronnie Hall (Trishan) of Vista, CA and Joel Ross "Rossow"; her friends, Bobbie Alfrey, Rosa Olvera and Laura Handley; and her grandchildren, Ernest Cotton, Jr., Myles Higgins, Morgan Higgins, Chris Randall and Jasmine Randall. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
