With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian Woods of Angleton, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Harris, and Rachel Harris, Sr.; her husband Leon Woods; her siblings, Eula Harris Campbell, Nelva "Buddy" Harris, Maxie Harris, Jr. and Leroy Harris; and her daughter Carolyn Walton.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Patterson, Flozell Patterson, Jr., Timothy Patterson, Tracy Guinn, Mattie Patterson, Rev. Clarence and Mary Wade. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gardner's Funeral Home (501 W Orange St, Angleton, TX 77516). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Missionary Church (522 W Live Oak St, Angleton, TX 77515).
