She was predeceased by: her parents, Cason Douglas Osbon and Margaret Evelyn Osbon (Watson); her husband Farris I. Lenamond; her parents-in-law, Grady and Mell Dean; and her siblings, George Ann Pennington, Lynn (Sue Lenamond), Gene (Ernestine Lenamond) and Sara Osbon.
She is survived by: her children, Karyn Lenamond Lewis, Kevin, Debbie Lenamond, Karyl and David Reames; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kathy, Kristy, Joseph, Jacob (Melissa), David (Joni), Matthew (Stella), Rebekah, Keifer (Chelsea), Conner (Erin) and Clayton; her siblings, Jerry Osbon and Janelle; her brother-in-law Richard Arcemant; and her caregivers, Rosa Montes and Ashley Nesbitt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of good friends.
