She was predeceased by: her parents, Frankie Smith and Quincy Smith; her husband Melvin Cothron; her children, Brenda and David Ferguson; her grandsons, Derrick Dudley and Jeremy Munson; and her siblings, Willmay Blasingem, John Smith, Jimmy Smith, Robert Smith, Sonny Smith and William Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Ferguson, Tammie Dudley (Reginald) and Janie Murchison; and her siblings, CarryJane Griffin, LauraLee Janisch (Bobby), Sue Williford and Joe Smith (Janice). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, family and friends.
