He was predeceased by: his parents, O. J. Lowe Sr. and Anna Mae Lowe; and his brothers, O. J. Lowe (Butch) and Donald Wayne Lowe. He is survived by: his son Jody Lowe (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lyndsey, Zachary, Brayden, Brennan and Emmamae Lowe; and his sister Sondra Benton (Tommy).
