He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Tillman and Lyda Jane Bailey (Hicks); his wife Joyce Faye; his sisters, JoAnn Moran and Evelyn Louise Bailey; and his great grandchild Beau Tillman Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Tillman Bailey (Karen) of Angleton, Lisa B. Lampe (George) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Debbie B. Brown (Robert) of Angleton; his sister Winona Vasser of Danbury; his brother-in-law D. P. Moran of El Campo; and his grandchildren, Chris (Brandi), Michael (Hannah), Quinton (Tiffany), Daniel (Alexis), Jack, Olivia, Madeline and Bailey Brown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the FBC Angleton Youth Group.
