He was predeceased by: his parents, Iden Rodriguez and San Juanita Leal; and his wife Maria Angelina Rodriguez. He is survived by: his siblings, Adan Rodriguez and Delfina Pena; his children, Javier Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez Jr., Olga Sanchez, Maria Leibas and Oscar Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Sonya Rodriguez Sauceda, Enrique Sanchez Jr., Esmeralda Marroquin, John Anthony Rodriguez, Eloy Leibas IV, Oscar Rodriguez Jr., Crystal Leibas, Alex Rodriguez, Vanessa Salazar, Marisa Silva and Mayeli Rodriguez.
