We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2019, at the age of 74, Walter Galloway (Andrews, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Noel Galloway and Abzilla Belle Howard Galloway; his former wife Cheryl Mays Galloway; his daughter Jenifer Lyn Bice; and his sister Ellen Rankin.

He is survived by: his wife Rae Galloway of Andrews; his son Jeremy Galloway (Andrea) of Andrews; his granddaughter Chloe Grace Bice of Midland; his siblings-in-law, Forrest Rankin of Odessa, David, Cathy Burgen of Andrews, John and Dianne Mays of Franklin; and his son-in-law Frank Bice (Kim) of Midland. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
