He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cobb, Sr. and Addielee Gibson Burson; his wife Ruby Dean Sutherland; and his great grandchild Saige Price. He is survived by: his pet Phoebe; his daughters, Peggy Washam of Odessa and Patti Hudson (Lyn) of Andrews; and his adoptive daughter Lou Moore. He is also survived by five grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and nineteen great great grandchildren.
