He was predeceased by: his mother Sebastiana Avalos Sandoval; and his sister Manuela Benavides. He is survived by: his father Antonio Ochoa Gomez; his wife Rosalba Landeros-Sauceda; his daughters, Zuleika Mejia (Adrian) and Zayra Gomez; his siblings, Jorge Gomez (Elvira), Narciso Gomez (Concepcion), Ferrnando Gomez (Margarita), Jamie Gomez (Trinidad), Martha Urquizu (Manuel), Lidia Benavides (Jimmy), Sandra Mireles (Aaron) and Maria Del Refugio Gomez; and his grandchildren, Caleb and Emrie Mejia.
