He is survived by: his children, Jose Salazar (Juanita, Gilberto Salazar) of Andrews, Hugo Salazar (Rebeca) of Andrews and Elvira Luna (Refugio) of Odessa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
