He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy John Banks and Ida Stillwell Banks; his wife Mercedes Edytha Blake of Seminole; and his sister Barbara Ann. He is survived by: his son Roger Banks (Joy) of San Angelo; and his grandson Jason Banks of Abilene.
