He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Belle (Long) and Robert Harrison Houtchens; his wife Peggy Houtchens (Bradford Robertson); and his son Robert Robertson. He is survived by: his children, Richard Robertson of Lewisville, Texas and Regina Stowe (Wayne) of Andrews, Texas; his sisters-in-law, Melba Turner (Charles) of Kalispell and ReMona Cherry (Preston) of San Angelo, Texas; his grandsons, James Robert Cloud (Holly) of Midland and Brody G. Cloud (Kandice) of Andrews, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Avery of Midland, Ella of Midland, Addison Cloud of Midland, Celee Cloud of Clovis and Braydon Cloud of Andrews, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
