He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ell and Jessie Hunt Duncan; his siblings, Troy Duncan, Opal Prachyl and Dorothy Elliott; his grandson Jeremy Ray Peters; and his son-in-law Michael E. Hourihan.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Kay Hourihan (Don Ingram), Richard Duncan of Goldthwaite and Jana Peters (Pete) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Hallie Martinez (Eric, Bonnie Nunez) of Andrews, Gilbert Peters (Barbara) of Andrews and Tammy Peters of Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Seth, Olivia, Julia Martinez, Emma, Aiden, Mila Nunez, Heather Alberts, Nichole Cochran, Jordan Peters, Cody and Brandon McCane. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
