He was predeceased by: his father Salvador Peralta; his brothers, Javier, Ruben Peralta and Salvador Jr.; and his sons, Jesus Pedro and Salvador Peralta.
He is survived by: his mother Maria Peralta; his siblings, Victor, Fernando Peralta, Marilena Martinez, Martha Fuentes, Mary Peralta and Maria Rodriguez; and his children, Jennifer, Janet and Anthony Jacoby Peralta.
When Pedro was 18 he came to the Andrews, Texas in 1973 to start a foundation for his legacy, his children.
