It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Wynell Turnbow of Andrews, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Waller Brown and Betty Jackson; her husband Paul Turnbow; and her son Bobby Turnbow. She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Turnbow (Cruz) of Killeen and Sandy Turnbow (Cathy) of Killeen, Texas; her brother Joe Brown (Sheryl) of Hobbs; her nieces, Mhaegan and Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Rhett, Gracelynn Turnbow, Mark, Lisette, Sasha Melendez, Robert Deere, Kane Northrup and Keila Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Mary Jane Stoner, Lukas Cornejo and Miah Martinez.
