She is survived by: her husband Johnie of Andrews; her children, Johnie "Butch" Underwood, Jr. of Andrews, Michael Underwood, Cindy Taylor of Midland and Kathy Underwood (Ramona Taylor) of Ferris; and her brother Porter of Andrews. She is also survived by four grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
