He was predeceased by: his father Miguel Garcia; his grandparents, Joel, Esperanza Saldivar and Cerillo Garcia; and his uncles, David Saldivar and Mike Saldivar.
He is survived by: his mother Valerie Saldivar of Andrews; his sister Courtney Garcia; his children, Melody Garcia and John-David Garcia of Andrews; his nephews, Ruben and Jackson; and his niece Mia Staley. He is also survived by father to his children.
