With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Jeanette Coan Mason of Andrews, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Weaver and Jeanie Pauline Wood Coan; and her sisters, Billie Whitmire, Dorothy Vineyard and Patsy Roe.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Mason; her children, Jimmy Don (Andi Mason) of Andrews, TX and Brenda (Jim Gray) of Midland, TX; her grandchildren, Corey, Karyn Mason of Carrolton, TX, George, Trichelle Loewen of Abilene, TX and Jimmy Gray of San Angelo, TX; her great grandchildren, Kate, Landon and Avery; and her sister Jo Ann Rosser.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home & Chapel (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Gardens.
