With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luz Hernandez (Andrews, Texas), born in Malaga, New Mexico, who passed away on November 12, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Guerra and Juana Sanchez Guerra; her spouses, Lorenzo Hernandez and Jesus Carrasco Velasquez; her children, Esperanza Buendia and Ruben Hernandez; her siblings, Octavina Gonzales, Laurencia Fierro, Joe Guerra and Barnabe Guerra; her grandson Charlie Valles; and her great grandchild Marcus Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary A. Valles (Carlos) of Andrews; her siblings, Emma Rodriguez of Carlsbad, Belen Guerra of Carlsbad, Hector Guerra of Carlsbad, Maria Lund of Golden and Alicia Anderson of Maple Valley, Washington; and her grandchildren, Rudy Rodriguez, Esperanza Rosa, Brenda Caballero, Chelsea Roberts and Amanda Buck. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
