She was predeceased by: her husband Hartland Thomas; her parents, Nathan Spencer and Phyllis Spencer; her siblings, Maxwell, Minnie and Eileen; her sons-in-law, John Barnes and Cluny Hanham; and her parents-in-law, George and Edith Green.
She is survived by: her children, Claude (Marie) of Grand Bank, Hartley Jr. (Lorraine) of St. John's, Eileen Barnes of Fortune, Lucy Green of Mount Pearl, Joyce of Cambridge, ON and Shirley (Bruce) of Atlin, BC; and her close friend Martha Nichol.
In keeping with the current COVID-19 regulations The Green Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Home in Fortune, Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
In Leah's memory donations may be made to the All Saints Anglican Cemetery Fund, Fortune, NL or flowers gratefully accepted.
