She was predeceased by: her parents, C. D. "Clyde" and Susie Mable Potts Fitzgerald; her husbands, R. V. Perkins and Jessie Clark; her son Doyce Perkins; her stepdaughter Katie Clark; and her siblings, Delmer Fitzgerald and Avis McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Perkins (Kim) of Springtown, Laneita Bingham (Bobby) of Midland and Sharon Walker (David) of Andrews, Texas; and her stepchildren, Calvin Clark, Brett Clark and Becky Clark Hazlett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
