Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McNett Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Andrews, TX 79714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, a donation in Joyce Wagner's name can be made to the Andrews Senior Center or La Nueva Jerusalem – Boys and Girls Missions (BGMC).
