He is survived by: his wife Rosa of Andrews; his children, Bernarda Castillo (Esteban) of Mexico, Rosa Rangel of Mexico, Reina Rangel of Andrews, Belen Rangel of Andrews, Concepcion Lopez (Benjamin) of Mexico, Maria Alejos (Jorge) of Houston, Brenda Rangel (Samar Garcia) of Odessa, Luisa Canava of San Diego, Eliazar Canava (Rosa Munoz) of Andrews, Raul Canava (Sandra) of Andrews and Saul Canava (Esmerelda) of Andrews; and his brothers, Sotero Rangel (Maria), Gonzalo Rangel (Guadalupe) of Mexico, Augustin Rangel, Pafilo Rangel (Marta) of Mexico, Mario Rangel (Socorro) of Houston, Antonio Rangel (Emma) and Alfonso Rangel (Norma) of Mexico. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
