It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Stroope (Andrews, Texas), born in Lamesa, Texas, who passed away on March 19, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Wanda Masey and Venita Owen; and her great grandchild Holli Marie Beth Jeffcoat. She is survived by: her spouse Billy Cliff Stroope; her children, Leslie Jeffcoat (Margie) and James Jeffcoat (Dewana); and her siblings, Carl Owen (Jan) of Lake Brownwood, Tommie Davis of Brownwood and Barbara Gotcher (Rick) of Bangs. She is also survived by her husband, parents.
