He is survived by: his wife Joni Russell of Andrews; his children, Korrie McKinney Stationed (Navy), Jason McKinney of Boyd and Ty McKinney of Fort Worth; and his stepchildren, Jaclyn Ruiz of Andrews and Jarrod Johnston of Shawnee. He is also survived by 8 grandsons.
