He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jim Underwood and Connie Mae Underwood (McCarley); and his grandparents, William James, Daisy Underwood, Albert and Lila McCarley.
He is survived by: his daughter Creecy DeAnn Underwood of Las Vegas. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
