He was predeceased by: his parents, Awbrey Parnell and Elizabeth "Bloodworth" Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Parnell of Andrews, Texas; his siblings, Gary Parnell of Houston and Charlotte Ray (Bobby) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his children, Brandon Parnell, Landon Parnell (Jessica Parnell) of San Antonio, Harold Murdock (Cindy) of Burkburnett and Kimberly Elam of Andrew. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
