He was predeceased by: his parents, Herma Lee Clements, Sr. and Ola Mae Angel Clements; his wife Helen Ray Russell; his son James Ray "Jim" Clements; and his siblings, Courtney E. Clements and Barbara Ann Pittman.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Rodriguez of Odessa and Jon Clements (Thresa) of Allen; his daughter-in-law Leslie Clements of Big Spring; and his grandchildren, Luke Rodriguez (Nikki), Ty Rodriguez (Marianne), Christopher Clements (Abigail), Jason Clements, James Clements (Kelly), Nathan Clements, Elisha Clements and Lesley Terry. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
The family request in lieu of all flowers, donations may be made to the Andrews Volunteer Fire Department.
