With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ricard (Andrews, Texas), born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leon Gilbo and Mary Magdalene Dutton Gilbo; her sister Ruth Eva Gilbo; and her daughter Joanna Lee Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Michael Perhealth of Belleview, Claude Ray Perhealth (Verlene) of Wapello, William Leon Perhealth of Andrews, Kenneth Emery Perhealth (Tabatha) of Ellenton, Juanita Michelle Jenkins of Deland, Ruth Ann Jenkins Aldrich of Albermarle, Rosemary Jenkins and James Cameron Marsh of Charlotte; and her sister Rose Mary Davis of Suffolk. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
