He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Ramos of Andrews; his children, Jose Eusebio Ramos (Margarita) of Alpine, TX, Sergio Ramos of Andrews, Maria Antonia Rodriguez (Oscar) of Chihuahua, Mexico, Irma Irene Rey (Gilberto) of Andrews, Martina Ortiz (Armando) of Andrews and Veronica Blanco (Miguel) of Andrews; his son-in-law Armando Marquez of Andrews; and his brothers, Cruz Ramos and Gregorio Ramos. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
