It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Essie Mae Delk of Andrews, Texas, born in Calico Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley Brinsfield and Glena Majors Brinsfield Locke; her daughters, Glenda Bailey, Neva Phillips and Wilma Delk; her sister Velma Heil; her husband Jay Frank Delk; her stepfather Harold Locke; and her sister Tabitha Locke. She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews.
