She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Austin and Neely Hogan; her children, Nelda Sue Rigdon and Richard Frederick; her siblings, Helen Pumphreys, Nola Rosso, Reta Waack, Nolan "Bud" Austin and Wayne Hogan; her grandson Ethan Lee; and her great grandchild Macy Grace Dyer.
She is survived by: her spouse Arthur Franklin Rigdon; her children, Floyd Frederick (Patsy) of Sturgis, Alma Dyer (Lonnie) of Andrews, David Frederick (Deborah) of Brownwood, Debra Kirtley (Earnest) of Sturgis and Ival Rushing (Rick) of Andrews; her sister Margeret Turner of Providence; and her daughter-in-law Carmen Frederick of Hobbs. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and 22 great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
