He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Ray Day of Carlsbad, TX, Marshall Dean Day of Odessa, TX and Teresa Michelle Wheeler of Odessa, TX; his siblings, John Elwin Day (Mary) of Ballinger, TX and Lois Jean Day McCreery (Jack) of Millersview, TX; and his close friend Patty Tidwell of Andrews, TX. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
