He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Howard Mutter and Letha Mae Mutter (Hoover). He is survived by: his stepfather Wesley Allen Eye of Crescent City, FL; his sisters, Barbara Jane Speelman of Fulton, OH, Vickie Sue Speelman of Jacksonville, NC and Diana Lynn Nelson of Mount Solon, VA; his stepsiblings, Wendy Crider of Brandywine, WV, Shane Allen Eye of Crescent City, FL and Randi Jo Kmieciak of Mt. Pleasant, PA; and his son Gage. He is also survived by Nine nieces and nephews, And three dogs.
Due to WV COVID regulations, face coverings and social distancing are required at the funeral home.
