He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Lee Byous Sr. of Cooper and Anne Marie Bissen of Honolulu; his daughter Rhonda Ann; his siblings, Marvin Lee Byous Jr. and Vivian G. Afong; and his great grandchild Cannon Creed Nunez.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maynard Byous; his children, David Ray Byous (Robin), Bridgette Perry (Daryl) and Wayne Thatcher (Pam); his grandchildren, Amanda Eagleton (Jesse), Drew Byous, Tove Edwards (Dale) and Tara Thatcher; his great grandchildren, Katherine Boyes, Christian, Pailey Nunez, Caleb, Camdon (Arewyn Ross) and Cudder Edwards; his great great grandchild Azalynn Nunez; his sisters, Alyce Domingo, Ruth Katsunuma (Thomas) and Judith Puluole; his grandson Dustin Haigood (Katina); and his children, Reese, Peyton, Dylan, Daxon, Raiden, Presley, Bo Haigood (Salina) and Josh Haigood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
