It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Carson Firth (Andrews, Texas), born in Smackover, Arkansas, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Firth and Thelma Firth (Hood); and his brother George (Mary Sue). He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Lambert; his daughters, Claudette Waddingham (Firth) of Andrews, Texas and Suzette Moore (Firth) of Lubbock, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Christie Bliss of Lubbock, Texas, Allan Linzy of Midland, Texas, Brian Linzy of Lathrup Village, Michigan and David Clegg of Midland, Texas..
