She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Butler and Zula Mae Boyd Butler; her siblings, Deborah Evans and A. J. Harrel; and her son-in-law Shane Horner.
She is survived by: her children, Phenix Horner (Colby Hunt) and Billy Hennis of Midland; her siblings, Buddy Butler (Nancy) of Menard, Len Butler (Shelly) of Lubbock, Michael Butler (Helen) of Midland, Judy Kaye Carter of Bandera, Melanie David (Don) of Rotonda West and Juli Rowlett (Rusty) of Andrews; and her grandchildren, Emma, Sadie, Seth, Dylan, Alexis and Katherine.
