He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville and Hester; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Myra, Rebecca, James and Myles; his grandchildren, Aurora and Elianna; his sister Elsie Norris (Wilbert); and his nieces, Tara Norris and Wendi Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Bills name.
