He was predeceased by: his parents, Carel Kapchinski and Ruth Nowak Kapchinski. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Kapchinski; his children, Tanya, Jeremiah Carstensen, Amber (Cody Lenz), Amanda (Garrett Lipscomb), Holly Kapchinski, Jim Smith, Isabella, Michael Smith and Joshua Smith; his sisters, Cindy Kapchinski Abbott, Lisa (David Wilson) and Krissy Kapchinski Kimich; and the mother of his children Tina Kapchinski. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces.
