He is survived by: his wife Aline Wagner; his children, Janice Day (Timothy), David Wagner (Rhonda), Mary Wagner-Fonville and Patricia Wagner; his siblings, Martha Middleton (Roger) and Thomas Wagner (Derinda); and his grandchildren, Christopher Hopkins, Krista Payne (Ryan), Amber Lim (Christopher), Megan Logan (Patrick), Melissa Sebesta (Brent), Candace Day-Butler (Pete), Sarah Fonville and James Fonville. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, other relatives and a great number of friends.
