He was predeceased by: his parents, Dante Siracusa and Dorris Siracusa; and his brother Jere Siracusa. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Siracusa of Fort Worth, Texas; his sons, Steven Christopher Siracusa of Anderson and Anthony Paul Siracusa of San Marcos, Texas; his sister Nicolette Voit of Houston; and his grandson Colton Christopher Siracusa of Anderson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the 100 Club of Houston or the American Cancer Society.
