She was predeceased by: her father Freeman Batiste; and her daughters, Sharon Tarver and Carolyn Ann Tarver. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jimmy Tilford and Brittany Johnson; her siblings, Annie Lou Wilridge, Ernestine Wilridge, Jerry Batiste, Alice Randle, Henry Wilridge and Rosa Mae Wilridge; her children, John C. Tarver (Linda "Scooter"), Georgia Tarver, Linda F. Speights (Gilbert) and Jimmy Tarver; her siblings, Rosie Lee Moore (John), Ida Beverly and Jeffery Batiste (Ethel); and her sister-in-law Nancy Batiste. She is also survived by Grandchildren 6- Great Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
