He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Strange and Ree Strange; his son Jason Strange; and his brother Douglas Strange. He is survived by: his wife Rita Tanton; his children, Dana Strange Harmon and Donna Strange; and his siblings, Mary Strange Smith (Neil), Mackie Strange (Diane), James Strange, Jerry Strange, Kaye Meyer (Kevin), Kimberly Small (Pat) and Juanita Mason (John). He is also survived by friends, often taking in nieces, nephews, and many of his children's friends.
