He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Purl Watts and Josephine Mills Watts; his grandparents, Roger and Leona Mills; and his nephew Charles Clements.
He is survived by: his sons, Quintin Watts of Houston and Jason Watts (Silvie) of Cary; his grandchildren, Emeli Ojeda, Brandon Watts and Joyce Watts; his sisters, Emogene Clark (Michael) of Carthage, Kathalene Hanel (Jack) of Baytown and Tylene Wilcox of Hankamer, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Regana Clements, Taylor Wilcox, Cody Wilcox, Jacob Hanel, Khristina Hanel and David Glenn Pelham. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews; and four great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heartsway Hospice of Carthage.
