He is survived by: his mother Carol Ray; his sister Denna Watkins; his nephews, James and Jake Watkins; his brother Jimmy Ray (Promise Ray); his children, David Ray (Sammie Ray), Maci Whittington (Edward Whittington) and Frankie Ray; and his grandchildren, Peyton Lewis, Kyilee Whittington, Parker Whittington, David James Ray and Jaxon Ray.
