He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Powell. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Dunaway; his siblings, Julie Lee (Steven) of Baytown, TX, Deborah Olmstead (Curt) of Friendswood, TX, John Powell of Sugar Land, TX and Brenda Lee Powell of Golden, CO; and his close friends, Brenda Merling, Davin Coker and Greg Olive. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
