It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Wiggins (Anahuac, Texas), who passed away on July 7, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Garrett and Leila Lee Wiggins (Thompson); his sons, Anthony and Michael; his granddaughter Ashley; and his sister Renell Kirkendall.
