He was predeceased by: his father Perry Wilborn Smith; his brother Perry Wayne Smith; his grandparents, Dallas H. Fullerton, Betty Jo Fullerton, Perry E. Smith and Mattie Lee Smith; and his aunts, Joan Fullerton Webb, B. B. Smith Devillier and Ruby Smith Behrend.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Smith; his daughters, Lauren "Larn" Ashley Authier and Monica Sumer Smith; his uncle Larry Devillier; his son-in-law Michael W. Authier; his mother Barbara Fullerton Smith; his daughter Paige; his grandchildren, Zoey, Isabela Magana, Brinlee Conger, Kirby Authier, Oliver, Brodie Mayes and Wilder Pittman; his brothers, Michael "Bear", Cully Smith and Numerous; and his close friend Joy. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, family and friends.
