She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Pate and Thelma Pate. She is survived by: her significant other Buddy Jackson (late Tommy Jackson); her siblings, Shirley Russell and James Pate; her son William Jackson (Samantha); her grandchildren, Billy, Ryan Jackson, Christina, Kimberly, Sabrina, Carol and MacKenzie; and her brother Richard Pate (Linda) of Anahuac.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sterling Funeral Homes - Anahuac (1201 S Main St, Anahuac, TX 77514). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
